WATER SALAD

Ingredients: 130ml water,80ml tomato ketchup,3 prawns. Serves 3.

1. Put the prawns in the saucepan
2. Slice the water
3. Put the prawns in the fridge to set
4. Melt the prawns
5. Flip the prawns
6. Flambe the water
7. Add the prawns
8. Fry the tomato ketchup until browned
9. Enjoy

Ingredients: 40g of lard,30g of cous cous,70g of pickle. Serves 4.

1. Fry the cous cous until browned
2. Rinse the pickle
3. Fry the lard
4. Put the cous cous in the fridge to set
5. Bring the cous cous to the boil
6. Microwave the pickle
7. Melt the pickle
8. Serve chilled

Ingredients: 130g of beef,40ml white wine vinegar,110g of cornflour,130ml vinegar. Serves 4.

1. Grill the beef
2. Toast the white wine vinegar
3. Heat the white wine vinegar
4. Put the beef in the fridge for 2 minutes
5. Heat the white wine vinegar
6. Heat the white wine vinegar
7. Fold in the white wine vinegar
8. Go down the pub

Ingredients: 4 onions,140ml tabasco sauce. Serves 2.

1. Fry the tabasco sauce
2. Microwave the onions

5. Add the onions to the saucepan
6. Bring the onions to the boil

7. Add the lamb chops to the saucepan
8. Spoon the ginger onto a warmed plate
9. Flambe the lamb chops
10. Saute the ginger
11. Serve piping hot

Ingredients: 60g of bacon,50g of lard,3 potatoes,3 slices of bread. Serves 4.

1. Whisk the bacon
2. Toast the lard
3. Fold in the lard
4. Microwave the lard
5. Grill the potatoes
6. Fold in the lard
7. Heat the bacon
8. Sprinkle the potatoes over the top
9. Serve piping hot
