Some do's and dont's while managing people:

- Don't give negative feedback while others listen
- In chaos:
- Don't micromanage
- Communicate clearly
- Pause any OKR's and
productivity measurements
- Make decisions, don't
wait for backing
- Protect your team

Above all: trust your team or they won't trust you. Trust creates loyalty.

May your choices reflect your hopes and not your fears.
