Before you tell something you have to put it through the three sieves:
1. The sieve of truth
Did you exami e what you were about to tell if it's true?
2. The sieve of good
Is it good what you're about to tell?
3. The sieve of necessity
Is it necessary to tell it?
So if what you want to tell is not true nor good nor necessary then just don't tell it
