There is in particular one thing we need to survive. Still; too much or too less of it, will eventually kill us. How come I can never find the perfect balance without ending up hating myself or having everyones opinions on my neck?

Why do we define the day by its weather? A day can be bad even though the sun shone through the clouds. A day can be good, even though there were raindrops falling from the sky.
