Most news, information and opinions are from a singular point of view. They all want you to belive that the way they tell it, it's for the good and they are on the side of goodness. But research before you believe. Chances are they are just trying to influence you to their narrative. Don't be their fool... Do your own research from multiple sources. The more emotionally invested you are the easier it is to persuade you to believe a lie. There are 3 sides to most everything... Your side, their side and the truth (whichis usually a bit of both of the two other sides).
