How to be MISERABLE:

Always COMPARE yourself to others.

JUDGE others all the time and always ASSUME the worst in everyone.

Never take any RISKS.

Don't ever BELIEVE in yourself.

COMPLAIN more than you WORK

Don't EXERCISE at all.

Spend more time on SOCIAL MEDIA; engage with everyone you don't agree with on the comments section.
