I have my moments when i feel extremely depressed for no reason whatsoever but its like there's a burning hate in my chest and i just want to claw my self apart to get it out of me. the issue is, i dont know where the hate is
coming from and its endless because i have no idea of how to get rid of it.

people will post meaningful images or statements showing how they 'care' and 'understand' but half of the time, they've never experienced it in their lives and probably just found a cute quote on google images.
