EzCucumberTomatoSalad

• 1 english cucumber
• 2 tomatoes
• 4 TBSP onion, minced
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• pinch of salt

slice cucumbers and tomatoes and place in bowl. add onions, vinegar and seasonings. toss to combine. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. serve on a bed of baby greens and be cool. [Bold Recipe]

HoneydewMargaritas

• 2 cups honeydew melon chunks
• 3 TBSP lime juice
• 1/2 tsp orange extract
• 2 TBSP sweetener
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• ice

combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. pour into glasses rimmed with a mixture of sugar, salt, and lime zest. garnish with lime wedge and be cool. [Bold Recipe]

StrawberryMangoPopsicles

• 2 cups fresh strawberries
• 1 1/2 cups mango
• popsicle molds or paper cups and wooden sticks
• 1-2TBSP sweetener of choice (optional)

remove greens from berries and place in blender. add 2-4 TBSP of water if necessary. blend berries until smooth. fill popsicle molds half way and place in freezer for 25-30 mins. add mango to blender with water and sweetener if desired. blend until smooth. pour on top of strawberry layer in pop mold and insert sticks. freeze until solid. dip mold in warm water and share with someone sweet. AppleCinnamon"Oatmeal"

• 4-5 ripe bananas
• 1 medium apple, diced
• 1 tsp cinnamon

peel and mash bananas in a bowl. add diced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. stir and surrender.

CilantroPineappleSorbet

• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
• 2 cups pineapple
• juice of 1 lime

put pineapple and lime juice in blender. add 2-4 TBSP water if necessary. Blend until smooth. pour into bowl, add cilantro and stir to combine. freeze for 1 hour. garnish with a sprig of cilantro to impress your friends.
