Is a guy who tried to come on to you but after being friend zoned he sticks around claiming to be your friend but he can't be trusted.
He will sneak into your bedroom or where you keep your dirty laundry looking for the opportunity to sniff your panties.
This guy will go as far as acting tough and agreeing with you about how some guys was doing something horrible or just being creepy because he's looking for the chance to slide under the radar to get romantic with you even if you're drunk or unaware of his advances.
