TFG has been so good to me. He bought me a grill/smoker. As I found out it is not as deep as the one I have at his house. All you have to do is add new coal and wood every 90 minutes. Unfortunately the new grill only holds 30 minutes at a time. So at 10 Friday morning I started to smoke a Pork Butt. About fifteen minutes later I checked the fire. I knew I was screwed, I was already adding more fuel to the fire. The benefit of this Grill, is that the front opens. One can lower the heat and add more fuel. At 5:15 I took my butt off the grill. It Was The Best Pork I Ever Ate!!!
