Dear Congress:
Stop pretending you are "tough," because you aren't. Terrorists attack us so that we will give up freedom for the illusion of security, while mistrusting our friends and breaking with our values. Well, congrats on reacting exactly like they hoped! You voted to make an already tough enough process for Syrian refugees to come to the US even HARDER, because you are SCARED. Thanks for handing them that victory, you spineless, hateful bigots.
