Sometimes its giving our time to others that makes them feel like they matter :)

I personaly view the many cultures that we have as one huge spice rack people habitually choose the spices that they feel taste good to them and the others just stay in the slot unused,criticized, without even been tasted and depending on which ones someone likes determines if the the others are fit, right, or wrong even if a paticular spice has a health benfit we won't try it so what is wrong and what is right clearly should not be defined by what we like or haven't tasted without knowing the depth of the ingredient makes it impossible to know the recipe
