Just so useless, ignored, and reviled. Like long-forgotten tenements, langushing; abused and abandoned. Only leveling them, and carting away the rubble will remove the stench of piss and neglect, that the elements could not. Nothing redeeming. Nothing salvageable. Well, alright.
