In order the information goes to the brain, human body has "INPUTS" that are: eyes, ears, skin, nose, tongue etc.
All the information is processed by the brain so it becomes learned, and when someone wants to express something, human body has "OUTPUTS" that are:
mouth, writing, movements, acting etc.
So some people just can't stop using the outputs eventhough they barely use the inputs, it means they talk nonsense or in other words: bla bla bla.
But I don't blame them, they just don't know what they're doing because if they did, they wouldn't do it.
