When I read 'The Idiot' by Dostoevsky I was in doubt if in real life there could exist a character like Prince Myshkin.
But ever since I began my professional career I find lots of such people - innocent,innocuous,ingenuous.Not to mention the taking-advantage-type,our parents and teachers used to warn us against.
Dostoevsky is a genius for the office,more so than Sun Tzu or Marx.
